(click here for story)Yep, that's my brother. I seriously wish I had a dollar for how many times I've said that today. I'd probably only have $5, but it's more than I would've had. A few of those people seemed surprised that I had such a lineage. As I was having one of those conversations, the topic abruptly moved to The Holy Spirit. (I think I got whiplash from that sudden change in direction) The person I was talking to was going on about how we try to put The Holy Spirit in the corner and think we are adequate to do His job. I have to agree with that somewhat. It seems like we are scared to even mention Him. I heard a message addressing that a while back and The Holy Spirit was referenced as the "step-brother-in-the-Trinity". In church circles, it seems as if we regard Him that way. Perception is a funny thing.
