smooth
So here we are, flying through space on this rock, spinning in circles at the speed of 1,040 mph, orbiting the sun at 66,000 mph. The solar system rockets toward the star Vega at 43,000 mph, while the entire Milky Way Galaxy(earth, sun, other planets and stars) hurtles at a speed of 14,185,00 mph toward the celestial mass known as the Great Attractor . If these numbers are right(and I assume they are) it's amazing that we don't feel any of this. I find it utterly unbelievable that any of us find a moment where we feel at peace with the universe. God has calibrated the speeds so precisely that it seems like we're sitting still. Of all the forms of transportation I have been on, none of them compare to this. We are definitely on our way.
