Another Day

Hit the road bright and early. The drive was once again pleasant. I really had no idea how much farming went on in this region. We even saw some tobacco today. From the time we left Mississippi we have been seeing these vines called cudzu. It’s interesting because it covers everything it comes into contact with. Locals aren’t very fond of it because of that, but it’s neat to look at. We made it in to Asheville, NC this afternoon. It is a charming city, nestled in the Smokey Mountains. Unfortunately we don’t have much time to explore. Hopefully we’ll return someday. It’s our last night of being in the tent. It’s actually been nice. Tomorrow morning we should see more of The Smokeys as we head west. I will try to get some pics for those who are interested. Good night.
