I attended
Primera Iglesia Bautista yesterday. I think it is First Baptist
Ambato. The people were very hospitable. Being Father's Day, they honored the fathers with a coffee mug and a pair of dress socks. The kids sang a song for their fathers also. Afterward we all met back at another church for pizza & ice cream. We had a few minutes to walk around, so we checked out the streets of
Ambato. It is a city of about 300,000. It is such a different world here. There were all kinds of shops and some even had whole guinea pigs roasting in front of them. I had already eaten, so I didn't try it, but was told it tastes like chicken. Imagine that. Gotta go. They keep us busy around here.
